How are custom closets made?
Consultation and Design Planning: The process begins with a consultation, where a designer assesses the client's space, discusses their storage needs, preferences, and style. Measurements of the space are taken to ensure the closet will fit perfectly. The designer then creates a 3D rendering of the proposed closet, showing how it will look and function in the space.
Material Selection: Finishes and colors are selected during the consultation, along with hardware like handles, rods, and drawer pulls.
Wood Cutting: Using the design plans, the wood is cut to the required sizes. The cutting process is crucial as it needs to be exact to ensure all parts fit together seamlessly during installation.
Crafting and Shaping: After cutting, the wood may need additional shaping or crafting. This can include routing edges for a finished look, drilling holes for hardware, or creating grooves for shelving systems. Our Automated Storage and Retrieval System allows us to efficiently manage our inventory and feed our production system.
Assembling Components: Some parts of the closet may be pre-assembled in the workshop. For example, drawer units or shelving sections might be put together ahead of time to streamline the installation process.
Quality Control: Before leaving the workshop, each piece undergoes a quality check to ensure it meets the required standards and matches the design specifications.
Transportation and Installation: The finished components are transported to the client’s location for installation.

Testimonials
“From the very beginning, you can tell that they are highly professional and easy to work with. Eugene’s communication throughout the process was excellent. He came to our house and walked us through the design right from his laptop 3D program.
We had the opportunity to modify the layout to fit our exact dimensions. His price was great and we never felt pressured to go with him. One of the things that I liked most about him was his honesty. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again should another closet need arise.”
