Custom Closet Design and Install In NY & NJ

Highly recommend!! I hired Custom Closets to help me design and create a custom wardrobe closet. Michael was wonderful to work with. He listened to everything I wanted and created a custom closet design to accommodate my needs. He was extremely patient working with me to fine tune the details. They offer lots of closet accessories and multiple beautiful finishes compared to other companies that charge way more just to upgrade to a premium finish. As for the installation team, they were was quick, neat and professional. In the end, the closet is better than we anticipated and we are so happy with it.

Mike and his crew are top notch!!! Mike transformed my room that had no storage whats so ever, to a room that has so much storage i dont even know what to do with all the space. I had know idea how i wanted to redo my closets and Michael gave me the vision that i didnt have. He knows how to treat his customers. He guided me threw every step of the way and assured me i was in great hands. Mike went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my wife and i were happy with the end result of our new custom closets. His guys are real hard workers. They showed up on time every day and do quality work! If you are reading this review and your in need for a custom closet , wardrobe, space solution etc. Mike is the guy to see.

I found Michael at Custom Closets and More. He worked with me on the design and satisfied all my closet needs. The price was perfect. The program they use gives you access any time to look at your design. He was very helpful with all my questions. The day of the install him and his worker were very clean and neat. The custom closet was done within a few hours. The material is made in the USA which I found to be a plus. The company of the shelving units is ORG Home. I cant say how happy me and my wife are with our custom closets. I will definitely use Custom Closets and More for my other storage in the future.

Awesome experience all around. First Mike came over to measure our closets, made suggestions, and incorporated everything we needed for 5 organized closets we wanted to customize. Cost was at least 20% less compared to other custom closet companies I priced it out with. We were told it would take couple of weeks to get everything ready for installation but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Mike in just a couple of days that everything is ready and installers can be there in 2 days! Installers were very quick, polite, and left everything very clean. This is one of few places I can recommend to friends and family where I am sure they would be completely satisfied!

I primarily worked with Eugene but had the pleasure to deal with Michael and Alex. From the very beginning, you can tell that they are highly professional and easy to work with. Eugene came to our house and walked us through the custom closet design right from his laptop. During the installation we decided to make a few adjustments and Eugene was very accommodating. His price was great and we never felt pressured to go with him. One of the things that I liked most about him was his honesty. He told us right away that he was very busy and that installation would take a couple of months but gave me the option to install it myself. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again for my next space solutions.

I found this custom closet company through a Google search after having been quoted outrageous Manhattan prices for new closet doors by contractors who think they're entitled to anything they want. Eugene responded back to my email query immediately and then Michael handled the details thereafter such as custom closet measurements, door and trim choice, scheduling, etc. The doors are beautifully constructed (in NYC) and were professionally installed by 2 gents who obviously cared about their work. Everyone I dealt with was super pleasant and easy to do business with. Call Custom Closets & More first!

I had my walk in master bedroom closet done last week. I'm happy to say it came out amazing! My experience from the first meeting to design and price was completely positive. Eugene was so easy n a delight to work with. Installation day was perfect as well. The installers were precise on their measurements, polite and incredibly clean, they even asked for my vacuum to clean up after themselves! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, honest, patient, courteous and reliable! I would 100% highly recommend custom closets and more!

After reviewing five custom closets companies we have selected Custom Closets to design and install custom wardrobes in our new home. From initial consultation to completion of the project the Custom Closets team has demonstrated high level of professionalism. They gave us time to review their proposed 3D design and incorporated all our changes. They gave us installation dates and kept them to date. Upon arrival their installation team covered all floors to protect them. We were very happy and satisfied with their custom closets work and work ethics. We are not easy to please but we would like to recommend their services to anyone interested in avoiding headaches of a major project.

I am a repeat customer and cannot say enough great things about Custom Closets and more. Their service is great and sat with me and my wife multiple times for our new home until we were happy. Even through COVID they were able to get the product and install it safely. We are more than happy with our decision and would recommend them highly. We have since referred our new neighbors to them who have used them also and were grateful for the recommendation. After our install we needed to make changes to our custom wardrobe because our taste changed and they were more than accommodating and changed what we needed within a week.

Great job installing a master closet. Met with Eugene one evening and he measured our space, entered the numbers into his 3D program and showed us exactly what the custom closet would look like in a matter of minutes. He was well prepared with color samples and very professional. Picked a date and 2 weeks later our wardrobe was assembled and ready to go. Needed something adjusted later due to the ceiling not being completely level and he was in touch and had his workers back over to make the adjustments and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Needed a walk-in closet ( was in middle of construction already). Mike came in, assessed the area and the following day the proposed closet arrangement was emailed to me with a few different options. We agreed over the phone on details. Guys work super fast, 2.5 weeks later they came in and installed closets. The quality of the material, the design, everything looks great! It was very easy to work with Mike, responded to calls and txt promptly. I highly recommend him and his team for your space solution design.

Eugene is a gentleman. The company is extremely professional and efficient. The punctuality from the consultation to the installation was literally on the minute. The quality of work is superb, closets are gorgeous and allowed us to include tenfold from our old closets. The installer Alex was very nice and did wonderful work. I used their services years ago and the material was sturdy and lasted. I called again hoping it was still the same company,13 years later I called them back and they actually had me in their computer from back then. They gave an appointment quickly to come for an estimate. Mike came over and took a lot of time to ask questions and figured out what was best for my room and my needs and what the most affordable way for me to get what I needed. The custom closets were done well with quality materials used. I would recommend them highly!!!! They will help u organize any room in your house or business. Thanks Again!

Best customer service experience! I had an unusable 14" wide bedroom closet that Eugene turned into a functional space. Every detail from beginning to end was exactly what I envisioned. Great price! Quick service from est to installation!. The gentleman that did the installation was just that. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and quick. The best part he left me with no mess! Great company! Very responsible and pleasant people to work with. Eugene came with the computer, took measurement and made a 3D picture of the walk in closet right a way, on the first appointment. I searched high and low to have our closet doors replaced. The initial search was such a hassle until I found this company! I called, spoke to the owner on the phone, made an appointment, and met at the apartment. He was on time, professional, gave me amazing options, and understood the job immediately. I hired him right away, selected a date for installation and the installers were also amazing! The doors are beautiful, the price was right and they removed and disposed of my old closet doors! I rarely write reviews but this one is important. This is a top notch company! I could not be happier.

I have nothing but naive things to say about Custom Closets. I called for a in home estimate Mike was the one who took the call, was professional responsive and came the same day for estimates on 3 custom closets. He was knowledgeable about the products and design and was very patient and courteous with me. They work efficiently and are very clean. Also has to stop in the showroom for a few things and the staff there were just as nice. I am very happy with the workmanship product and price. Excellent!!

I contacted Natalia based on the recommendation I had received from my friend about this Custom Closets and More company. She was a very professional and kind person, scheduled a time to visit my house. The whole process from the time I called them till the installation was finished took less than 10 days. We went over the proposal to review the closet design and also the price, which was great. The material quality looks good and I’m looking forward to use my new custom closets!
